"三鹿奶粉事件"再次证明强化中国消费者国货偏好的关键在于国货当自强。通过分析消费者国货偏好在国民经济安全的重大作用和仍然严重的国货信任危机,得知国货当自强的途径在于加强宣传、加强技术创新、履行企业社会责任、强化售后服务。
"Sanlu milkpowder event" proved again that the key to intensify Chinese consumers' preference for domestic goods is that domestic goods should be self-support. By analyzing the important role consumers" domestic goods preference plays in domestic economy security and the severe credibility crisis of domestic goods, we conclude that the ways to promote self-support of domestic goods are to enhance advertising, to intensify technical innovation, to implement enterprises" social responsibility, and to improve after service.
