摘要
高考改革"动辄得咎",既反映了现阶段高考职能与功能之别、教育发展之困和社会诚信之失,也反映了人们对高考、对高考改革存在认识上的差异,在高考改革的价值取向上难以取得共识。作为一个完整、辩证的系统,高考考试内容求真(科学有效、准确客观)、录取模式求善(公平公正、简单可行)、改革过程求美(辩证系统、稳妥渐进)应成为高考改革共同的价值取向。
The reform of College Entrance Examination (CEE) is always criticized by all sectors of the society, which is a reflection of the differences between administrative role and the function of CEE, the dilemma of educational development, the lack of social credibility and the diversity of people's understanding on CEE and its reform. Thus it is difficult for them to achieve consensus on the value orientation of CEE. As a complete dialectical system, the pursuit of reality in its content, the perfection in its admitting model and reform of process should be the common value orientation of CEE reform.
