关于工程创新人才教育的思考

工程创新是我国新型工业化道路上的一块"基石"。人才是工程创新活动实践中最活跃的要素,工科高等院校肩负培养工程创新人才的重任。工程活动不但体现着人与自然的关系而且体现了人与社会的关系,教育除了传授知识,还要了解社会发展的需要,结合学生个人成才的愿望,培养社会主义市场经济需要的有社会责任感的工程创新人才。

The engineering innovation is ＂the cornerstone＂ of China＇s new industrialization. The talented person is the most active factor in the engineering innovation practice, and the higher engineering institutions are entrusted with the great task of cultivating the engineering innovation talented people. Engineering activities embodies not only the relationship between man and nature, but also the relationship between people and society. Besides imparting knowledge, education should meet the needs of social development, to combine with students personal aspirations to talent, to cultivate innovative talents with a sense of social responsibility in the needs of socialist market economy.
