服务城乡统筹发展的农业高教改革初探

A Preliminary Study of the Reform of Higher Education in Agriculture Which Serve the Coordinated Growth of Both Urban and Rural Areas

为了使科技服务于城乡统筹发展的全面建设,必须培养出高水平的专业人才,因此提高农业高等教育质量势在必行。文中结合十六届五中全会精神论述了提高农业高等教育质量的措施:包括改革教育内容和课程体系;更新教学观念;加强制度创新和加强学风建设四个方面。

In order for science and technology to serve the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, it is necessary to cultivate high--level professionals and, therefore, it is imperative to improve the quality of higher education in agriculture. Based on the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session the 16th Central Committee of the CPC, this article discusses the measures for improving the quality of higher education in agriculture from the four aspects： reforming education content and curriculum, updating teaching concepts,strengthening the innovation system and strengthening the learning culture.
