摘要
在管理学专业课教学中,对大学生有效的课堂激励是课堂教学有效进行的关键。目前大学课堂激励主要采用案例教学、角色扮演等偏重于浅层面的方式。为了有效地进行管理学专业大学生的课堂激励,应坚持"基于大学生个体特征"的理念,从充分理解大学生个体特征入手,分析大学生个体变量。
In the class of students majoring in management, effective class stimulation for college students is the key to the successful conduction of in-class teaching. At present, most of the main methods for stimulating college students, such as case study and role-play, are at a comparatively low level. So the concept of class stimulation adhering to the personal characteristics of college students majoring in management is proposed in this paper. Based on fully grasping the physical characteristics of college students, personal variances of college students are analyzed to effectively stimulate the in-class teaching.
