摘要
近年来,使用他汀类药物进行调脂治疗已成为防治心脑血管疾病的基本策略。然而,在老年患者中他汀类药物的处方率仍很低。目前,多项研究的亚组及荟萃分析证实他汀类药物可安全、有效地用于老年人群。本文对老年人血脂异常特点及2008年他汀类药物应用的研究进展进行综述。
In recent years, statins therapy is a basic strategy for prevention and treament of cardiovascular diseases.However, prescription rate of statins is still low in elderly. Subgroup data from recent clinical trials of statins and meta analysis indicate that the elderly patients are likely to derive the most benefits. In this review we evaluated the characteristics of dyslipidemia and the evidence for the use of statins in elderly individuals in 2008.
