乌司他丁应用于中暑患者的疗效评价

Clinical efficacy of ulinastain in heat stroke

目的探讨乌司他丁对中暑患者的临床疗效。方法48例中暑并伴有多脏器功能衰竭者随机分为两组,观察组接受常规治疗,乌司他丁组在常规治疗基础上加用乌司他丁静脉滴注治疗。以入院时和入院第7天血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)浓度为观察指标,评价乌司他丁临床疗效。结果治疗后乌司他丁组血浆TNF-α和IL-6浓度均较观察组显著降低,并差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁用于中暑患者的治疗具有一定疗效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ulinastain in the treatment of heat stroke. Methods Forty eight patients were randomly divided into ulinastain group （group U） and control group （group C）. Patients in group C received routin therapy and patients in group U received intravenous injection of ulinastain 100000 units three times per day on the basis of routin therapy. Blood concentration of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） at the 1^st and 7^th day of admission were measured. Results Blood concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 decreased significantly in group U（P〈0.05） . Conclusion Ulinastain has certain effect in the treatment of heat stroke.
