Investigation on Medical Vectors at Qingdao International Airport

摘要 〔目的〕掌握青岛机场口岸鼠类、蜚蠊类等6种医学媒介生物本底情况,掌握种类构成、季节消长情况和孳生场所,为口岸控制媒介生物提供科学依据。〔方法〕2006年6月—2008年6月采用夹夜法进行鼠类调查,同时进行蚤、螨、蜱调查;蠓类调查随蚊类调查同时进行;采用诱蟑盒进行蜚蠊调查。〔结果〕经种类鉴定,共捕获鼠类2科4属4种;蚤类1科1属1种;螨类4科5属7种;蜱类1科3属4种;蠓类1科3属8种;蜚蠊1科1属1种。〔结论〕本次调查较全面的掌握了青岛机场医学媒介生物的自然本底情况,为指导机场当局积极开展口岸医学媒介生物防制工作提供了科学资料。 Objective To understand the background, population distribution, seasonal dynamics and habitats of the medical vector such as rodent, cockroach etc. at Qingdao airport. Method The cage ensnarement and spring clip method were used to investigate the kinds of mouse and their habitats in the area of Qingdao airport during June 2006 to June 2008. Meanwhile the epizoa such as flea, mite, tick were investigated. Result Through analysis, all the vectors were identified as followings: rodents: A species of 4 genera in 2 families; fleas:l specie of 1 genus in 1 family; mites: 7 species of 5 genera in 4 families; ticks: 4 species of 3 genera in 1 family; midges: 8 species of 3 genera in 1 family; and cockroaches: 1 specie of 1 genus in 1 family, respectively. Conclusion We find out the population distribution, seasonal dynamics and habitats of the medical vector at Qingdao airport. This information is very helpful for us to prevent and eliminat the medical vectors at Qingdao airport.
