摘要
分析了特长薄板筒件卷制工艺,介绍了一种新型对称三辊卷板机的结构特点,及其与普通对称三辊卷板机的比较。该新型对称三辊卷板机专用于特长薄板筒件的卷制,其卷板精度高,操作维护方便,是卷制特长薄板筒件的理想设备。
The bending technology for the long thin sheet metal has been analyzed.By comparing with the common symmetrical three-roller bending machine, the features of a new symmetrical three-roller bending machine have been introduced.The new bending machine is special for the long thin sheet metal with high accuracy and easy maintenance.
