在曲轴的曲柄颈磨削时,由于采用"V"型块定位夹持方式,使曲轴支承颈的轴径偏差所产生的定位误差直接影响了曲柄半径的长度误差,从而对双点压力机的精度产生影响,即造成滑块倾斜。
In grinding the crank's neck, the positioning error has been caused by the diameter deviation of the crank supporting neck for the V-block clamping method. It has not only directly affected the length deviation of the crank radius but also affected the precision of the double-point press with slide inclination.
