摘要
工艺切口通常用于零件的局部反成形以改善材料的流动状况,在拉延过程中冲工艺切口有利于充分利用材料的塑性。本文针对某卡车后围内板在调试过程中切口附近严重开裂问题,利用有限元仿真手段进行模拟,根据不同拉延深度时材料的成形状况确定最佳的工艺切口时间,然后比较不同切口时间对最终成形结果的影响。最后指导现场生产,结果表明仿真计算有效而且便捷。
Technical cut can usually improve material flowing condition in reverse drawing of local panel, and it will make full use of the plasticity of material when the cut is made before the end of the drawing process. Considering the fracture nearby the cut of the rear side-frame inner panel from some truck during debugging, FEM method has been used to simulate the drawing process in the text, and the best cutting time has been confirmed according to the formability of different drawing depths of this pane. Then the effect of different cutting times on the drawing result has been analyzed. Finally the actual production proves that numerical simulation is effective and convenient.
