摘要
本文分析了支架零件的冲压工艺性,给出了排样设计,确定了模具的总体结构,阐述了凸、凹模的固定方式和模具的工作过程,对此类零件的级进模设计具有一定的参考价值。
The stamping process of the bracket has been analyzed in the text.The layout design and the main structure of the mould have been proposed.The fixed form of punch and cavity die and the working process of the mould have been presented, which provides a reference for the same kind multi-position progressive die design.
