摘要
B410LA是汽车车身中常用的一种高强度钢板,通过准静态和动态拉伸实验,得到了B410LA在不同应变率下的应力-应变曲线。实验结果说明B410LA材料的强度随着应变率的增加而提高。通过对应力-应变曲线拟合得到了B410LA的本构关系,为有限元模拟提供了可靠的材料参数。
B410LA is high-strength steel plate which is often used in car body.Stress-strain curves of B410LA at different strain rates have been obtained through tensile test and tensile impact test. From the stress- strain curves obtained,it is found that the strength of B410LA increases along with the increase of strain rates.The constitutive relation of B410LA has been obtained through fitting of the stress- strain curves,which offers reliable material parameters for CAE.
