摘要
选取啤酒废酵母作生物吸附剂,研究了啤酒酵母在固定化条件下,对重金属离子Cd2+的生物吸附性能。灭活的啤酒废酵母在适当的条件下,对Cd2+有较强的吸附作用,其吸附能力受酵母添加浓度、Cd2+浓度、pH值以及吸附时间的影响。结果表明,啤酒废酵母对Cd2+的最高吸附率达到79.82%、最高吸附量达到16.16 mg.g-1;吸附后,用1mol.L-1的盐酸等进行解吸,解吸率最高达到了89.14%。
The experiment studied the characteristics of Cd^2+ biosorption by immobilized waste baker's yeast. The dry cells of yeast showed strong ability to adsorb Cd^2+ which was affected by cell concentration, Cd^2+ initial concentration, pH value, time and temperature. It turned out that the highest biosorption rate of Cd^2+ by immobilized Saccharomyces cerevisiae was 79.82% ,and the highest biosorption capacity was 16.16 mg · g^-1. For the dry cells treated with 1 mol · g^-1 HCl after biosorption, 89.14% of uptaked Cd^2+ could be desorbed to the solution.
