铁精矿提铁降硅工艺改造实践

摘要 针对庙沟铁矿铁精矿品位低、SiO_2含量高的特点,研究提铁降硅工艺,采用三段磨矿、两段MVS细筛分级、两次磁场筛选机精选、磁筛中矿采用细筛再磨工艺单独处理的新工艺,取得了较好的指标。 According to the characteristic of low-grade iron and high SO2 in iron concentrate of Miaogou Iron Mine. three stages grinding, two stages MVS thin sieving, two magnetic separation and regrinding the intermediate magnetism technology, was used, and good indexes were obtained.
