非炎症鼻源性头痛诊疗分析

Diagnosis and treatment of non-inflammatory rhinogenic headache

目的临床研究非炎症鼻源性头痛的诊断及手术治疗方法,加深对此病的认识。方法排除炎症、肿瘤性头痛,根据高分辨率CT薄层扫描,鼻内镜检查确诊引起头痛部位,采取相应手术方式。结果58例中38例(65.5%)头痛完全消失,头痛缓解18例(31%),临床有效率96.5%,无效2例。结论鼻腔、鼻窦解剖结构异常所致鼻源性头痛,经鼻内镜微创手术,去除病因达到治疗目的,鼻内镜手术是治疗鼻源性头痛的有效方法,值得推广。

Objective To clinically investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the non-inflammatory rhinogenic headache. Methods Excluding inflammatory and tumorgenie headache, using high resolution CT scan and nasal endoscopy to identify the spot causing the headache, conducting proper surgical therapy. Results Among 58 cases,headache resolved in 38 cases （65.5%）,improved in 18 cases （31%）,failed in 2 cases,clinical efficiency was 96.5%. Conclusion By removing the cause, e-ndoscopic sinus surgery is an effective therapeutic method for rhinogenic headache that caused by abnormal anatomy of nasal cavity and sinus. Endoscopy sinus surgery should be highly recommended for such patients.
