区域卫生规划是在对区域内社会经济文化、自然条件、卫生等因素进行综合分析的基础上,针对区域内的主要卫生问题编制的,是区域内国民经济与社会发展规划的重要组成部分。区域卫生规划编制的工作程序:成立编制组织、收集与分析统计信息资料、编制区域卫生规划、规划方案的论证与评价和规划的送审与立法。
