摘要 文章详细阐述了中和分离式立交连续箱梁施工中现浇预应力混凝土工程的施工工艺,包括底模、侧模、翼板模板和内模的安装;钢筋、钢绞线制作与安装;混凝土浇筑的施工组织,底板、腹板、横隔板及顶板混凝土浇筑;预应力筋的张拉和管道压浆工作以及最后的成品质量检查。特别提出箱梁混凝土施工时模板采用胶合板,以便控制平面曲线和节约成本,且关、拆模方便。该连续箱梁现浇施工工艺的工程实践为类似桥梁工程的施工提供了一定的借鉴。 The article detailed analyses the technology of cast-in-situ prestressed concrete construction of continuous box girder bridge including installing of bottom formwork, side formwork, wing formwork and inner formwork, making and installing of the reinforcing steel and prestressed steel, organization of concrete construction, concrete casting of bottom plate, web, diaphragm plate and top plate, stretching of prestressed steel and mud jacking, quality checking of the finished bridge. In the project, plywood is used in concrete construction to control plane curve easily and save the cost, and easy to form remova close.The technology of this cast-in-situ concrete continuous box girder bridge could provide reference for the similar bridge engineering.
