摘要
采用Fenton试剂氧化联合混凝沉淀法处理焦化废水生化处理二沉池出水,考察了COD去除效果及经济性,提出了适宜的反应条件。浓度为30%的H2O2投加量为400mg/L,Fe2+/H2O2(摩尔比)为1∶5,反应时间为0.5h,pH值为3,PAC投加量为100mg/L。试验结果表明焦化废水COD去除率为70.6%,出水COD浓度达到GB8978-1996《国家污水综合排放标准》一级,处理成本相对较低,具有工程实际应用可行性。
The effluent from secondary sedimentation tank of coke-plant wastewater biochemical treatment plant was treated by Fenton oxidation-coagulation precipitation method. Based on COD removal rate and operating cost, appropriate reaction conditions were proposed. The dose of 30% H202 was 400mg/L. The molar ration of Fe2+ to H202 was 1:5,and reaction time and pH were 0.5h and 3 respectively. PAC dose was 100mg/L, The results showed that the removal rates of COD was 70.6%, and the COD effluent quality satisfied the criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). The process showed considerable operating cost savings and was feasible for coke-plant wastewater treatment project.
