该文结合实际,对实验室人员、仪器设备以及安全与环境等管理制度进行了完善和创新,确保实验室各项工作有章可循,促进了实验室建设的稳步发展。
Based on the practice, this paper introduces necessity to improve and innovative the management system on laboratory personnel, instrument and equipment, safety and environment in order to ensure that management have accessible regulations in laboratory works, and that the construction of laboratory can progress steadily.
