摘要
该文研究了由机制砂调节天然砂颗粒级配制成的人工混合砂的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能,以及机制砂中的石粉含量对混凝土性能影响分析。研究表明,配比相同时,人工砂配制的混凝土的力学强度均大于天然砂混凝土,机制砂掺入60%时混凝土的工作性能最优,机制砂中石粉含量不宜大于20%。
This text has been studied working performance, mechanics performance, durability of artificial mixing sand consisting of natural sand particle regulated by machine-made sand, and analyzing of performance influences of percentage of stone powder in machine-made sand on concrete.The result proves that, with the same proportion, the intensity of con- crete of artificial sand better than that of natural sand, the working performance of the concrete is optimum at 60% proportion of machine-made sand, the stone powder is unsuitable to be greater than 20% proportion in the sand of mechanism.
