摘要
为使DA7200近红外仪在小麦品质分析、种质资源评价和优质小麦选育中广泛应用,此研究利用国标化学法和DA7200近红外仪分别对20个小麦品种的蛋白质含量、吸水率、湿面筋含量、面团形成时间和稳定时间进行检测。
In order to widely apply the DA7200 near infrared apparatus in the analysis of wheat quality, idioplasmic resource appraisement and the breeding of high quality wheat, the PC, WA, WG, DT and ST of 20 wheat varieties were tested by national standard chemistry method and near infrared apparatus analyze method.
