健康教育在功能性便秘治疗中的作用

Effect of Health Education in the Treatment of Functional Constipation

为探讨健康教育对功能性便秘临床疗效的影响,将108例患者随机分为两组,对照组(50例):常规护理指导;试验组(58例):在常规护理指导的基础上,实施系统的健康教育。结果为试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结果表明健康教育是对功能性便秘有重要影响的基础护理措施。

Objective：To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of the health education in the treatment of Functional Constipation. Methods ：108 Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups including the test group and the control group. The control group（50 cases） was given routine nursing guidance, while the test group patients （58 cases） were given health education based on the routine nursing guidance. Results： the total effective rate in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group , there is a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：health education is a kind of basic nursing intervention which exerts an important influence on the treatment of Functionality Constipation.
