摘要
同感心是实施整体化护理、密切护患关系的重要思想和情感基础,通过建立良好的师生关系,依靠护理教师的言传身教,同时实施技能模拟实验法和情境角色扮演法,从而有效地训练和培养护生的同感心。
Empathy is the essential philosophy and emotional basis of practicing holistic nursing and enchancing the nurse - patient relationship. The students＇mpathy can be effectively trained and cultivated by establishing good teacher - student relationship, by depending on teachers＂ words and deeds, and meanwhile practicing skills simulation method and situational role -playing method.
