摘要
本文从人力资源管理角度分析了培训部门设置与职能定位,澄清了对培训工作职能及作用的模糊认识,运用专业思维定位培训职能,客观地认识培训工作的可为与不可为,使培训工作能在企业人力资源管理和员工智力与能力开发中发挥应有的作用。
This paper discusses the establishment of training department and the location of its function in the perspective of human resource management, which has made clear the yague hints for training functions. We should apply the specialty thinking to locate the training function and understand the dos and don' ts in an objective way, which will help the training work to play an active part in the human resource management and the exploitation of staff' s intelligence and competence in enterprises.
