欠发达地区农村劳动力就业现状分析及对策探讨

Analyzing Current Situation of Employment of Rural Labor Force in Underdeveloped Areas and Exploring Countermeasures

欠发达地区农村劳动力在就业过程中面临着就业对象多、就业观念旧、就业信息少、就业质量差、就业保障弱等现实问题。应通过严格控制农村人口增长,减轻就业压源;大力发展农业农村经济,增加就业渠道;切实加强农民职业教育,转变就业观念;强化农民职业技能培训,提升就业能力;统筹城乡就业服务平台,改善就业环境;完善农民就业法规制度,促进就业保障等对策加以解决。

When rural laborers in underdevel problems such as the increasing number of information, poor quality of employment, and in oped areas are seeking employment, they would encounter many job hunters, the old concept of employment, less employment adequate job security. This paper suggests the following measures to solve them. Firstly, strictly control the growth of the rural population to reduce the employment pressure and further develop agriculture and rural economy to increase employment channels. Secondly, strengthen the vocational education of rural workers to change their employment concept. Thirdly, improve the training of their vocational skills to enhance their working abilities. Fourthly, build service platforms to coordinate both urban and rural employment and improve the employment environment. Lastly, improve employment security as well as rules and regulations for employment of rural laborers.
