20世纪20年代末30年代初河北省乡村区划整理工作初探

A Study of Village Administrative Divisions in Hebei Province in Late 1920's and Early 1930's

乡村区划是指县以下的行政区域划分建制。清末民初河北省的乡村区划状况混乱不堪。20世纪20年代末30年代初河北省进行了大规模的乡村区划整理工作,制定了有关规章制度,统一了自治层级,划定了自治区,完成了编村,确定了村界。虽然河北省的乡村区划仍存在不足,但为该省"县自治"的推行奠定了初步基础。

The village administrative division is the administrative region division under county. The village administrative divisions in Hebei Province were in chaos in the end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of Republic of China. In the late 1920＇s and early 1930＇s,a large-scale village administrative divisions were carried out in Hebei Province： relative rules and regulations were drawn out iautonomous levels were unified;villages were rearranged;and the village boundaries were established. Although there were many insufficiencies,they laid a preliminary basis for the county self-government in Hebei province.
