摘要
多数集成电路损坏可通过对外围电路的修改等方法,使芯片的功能得以再利用;文中从实践应用的角度出发,总结得到了几种修复集成电路的常用方法与替代技巧.这些方法能修复集成电路某些损坏的功能,使其得到再利用,而且在实践中得到了很好的效果,具有较高的工程应用价值.
Most of the damaged integrated circuits can be recovered by correcting and changing the pe- ripheral circuit. This paper summarizes from practice some ways of repairing the damaged integrated circuits These ways can recover the function of the damaged integrated circuits. Some satisfactory results were obtained in the practice to prove their value in engineering application.
