城镇化进程中的农村劳动力职业流动分析

Mobility of the Rural Labor Force in the Process of Rural Urbanization

在农村城镇化背景中对农村劳动力的职业流动进行考察分析,发现目前城乡割裂的二元户籍制度、城乡分割的二元就业管理体制以及城乡差别的二元社会保障制度制约着农村劳动力职业流动;提出促进农村劳动力的职业流动要有整体思路,按照城乡统筹原则和农村城镇化的思路制定有效的政策,建立劳动力转移就业机制以及完善教育体制。

A survey of the rural labor force mobility in the rural urbanization background indicated that the occupational mobility was hindered by the isolating urban-rural household registration system, the dividing urban-rural employment system and the discriminating urban-rural security system. This article proposed an over-all strategy including urban-rural coordination and rural urbanization to improve rural labor force transfer and education.
