坚持科学发展观 走特色化发展之路——以北京语言大学为例

Adhere to the Concept of Scientific Development and Promote Distinctive Development A Case Study of Beijing Language and Culture University

落实和贯彻科学发展观,实现高等教育快速可持续发展,对高校的发展方向、办学理念、学科建设等都起着重要的指导作用。高校要以科学发展观为指导,结合本学校实际,制定切实可行的发展战略,突出特色,发挥优势,不断提高自身的竞争力,努力实现教育强国目标,为人才强国提供人才支持。高校要落实科学发展观必须突出办学特色,在学生管理、学科建设、师资队伍建设及人才培养等方面坚持走特色化发展之路。

This paper, based on an analysis of the relationship between the concept of scientific development and the university＇ s development with its own features, points out that characteristics should be highly valued in the development of a university through implementation of the concept of scientific development. Finally, it gives an account of how Beijing Language and Culture University has promoted its development in student administration, discipline construction, faculty construction and specialist cultivation with its own characteristics.
