摘要
大学管理低效的原因主要有:官本位、决策程序不科学、信息不通畅、职责不明确、部门本位。究其根源,在于大学组织结构不合理。网络结构能弥补现有组织结构形式的不足,有利于提高大学管理效率。
The main causes of low efficiency in university management are the official rank standard, the unscientific decision-making procedure, the impeded transmission of information, the unclear identification of responsibility, and the selfish departmentalism, which are all rooted in the unscientific organizational structure of the school. And building a network structure can make up for the inadequacy of the present organizational structure and contribute to the improvement of the efficiency in university management.
