HPLC法测定浓缩养荣丸中芍药苷的含量

Determination of paeoniflorin in Nongsuo Yangrong Pills by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定浓缩养荣丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸(30∶70),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为230nm。结果:芍药苷浓度在0.0416～0.2080mg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.19%,RSD为0.97%。结论:本方法分离效果好,简便、快速、准确,可用于该药品的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Nongsuo Yangrong Pills. Methods：The concent of paeoniflorin in Nongsuo Yangrong Pills was determined on Diamonsil-C18（200 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） column with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid（30：70） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results：The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.041 6-0.208 0 mg/ml（r=0.999 7）, the average recovery was 98.19% with RSD of 0.97%. Conclusion：This method has well separation effect, and it is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of this medicine.
