葛根素注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Puerarin Injection on the treatment of acute brain infarction

目的:探讨葛根素注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:将60例符合急性脑梗死诊断的患者随机分为两组,两组患者常规治疗基本相同,脑水肿者加用20%甘露醇注射液治疗。在此基础上,治疗组(n=30)加用葛根素注射液治疗,对照组(n=30)用复方丹参注射液治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组的神经功能缺损评分比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:葛根素注射液治疗急性脑梗死有较好的疗效。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of Puerarin Injection on the treatment of acute brain infarction. Methods： 60 cases of acute brain infarction were divided randomly into two groups.The routine treating of two group was the same.Brain hydroucus added 20% Mannite to treat.On the base of this,The treatment group（n=30） were treated with Puerarin Injection ,The contrast group were given Compound Salvia Injection. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, compared with the control group were significantly different （P〈0.05）, after treatment the two groups of neural function scores were significantly different （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Puerarin Injection has better curative effect curing acute brain infarction.
