The Opportunity, Challenge and Reform Facing Chongqing Banking

通过对重庆银行业的现状分析，提出必须抓住机遇，迎接挑战，逐步实现重庆银行业的五大转变，即中央银行的直接调控方式向间接调控方式的转变，商业银行体系单一化向多元化转变，国有商业银行从行政管理型向经营管理型的转变，银行资金供给制向资金借贷制的转变。

By analysing the status of Chongqing banking, the author suggerts that we should grasp the opportunity and face the challenge to realize the five big transformations: the change from divect regulation and control to indirect regulation and control of the central bank; the change from unitary system to multiple system of commeral banks; the change from administrative model to operational and managemental model of government-owned banks; the change from capital supply system to capital loan system of banks; the change from single supervision to big superivision system of the central bank.
