摘要
通过对内蒙古1995～2005年煤炭消费量及排污量关系分析可知，煤炭消费与大气污染物排放的相关性较大，在此基础上，分析预测内蒙古“十一五”煤炭消费将对大气环境产生的影响，分析表明：煤炭发展对未来内蒙古的区域和城市大气环境影响较为显著，应引起足够重视。必须对老污染源进行脱硫，同时提高新污染源SO2脱硫效率，加大节能降耗、减排的力度，才能保证能耗和大气污染物排放总量目标的顺利实现。
Through may know to the Inner Mongolian 1995 -2005 year coal consumption quantity and the pollution discharge quantity relationship analysis, the coal expense and the air pollutant emissions＇s relevance is big, based on this, the analysis forecast that Inner Mongolia ＂115＂ the coal will expend the influence which will produce to the atmospheric environment, the analysis will indicate： The coal development will be more remarkable to the future Inner Mongolia＇s region and the city atmospheric environment influence, should cause enough takes seriously. Must carry on the desulphurization to the old source of pollution, simultaneously raises the new source of pollution SO2 desul- phurization efficiency, increases the energy conservation to fall consumes, reduces a row of dynamics, can guarantee the energy consumption and air pollutant emissions total quantity goal smooth realization.
