摘要
介绍了光纤前置黑体空腔高温测量仪,包括光纤前置黑体空腔温度传感器的组成及其分度方法以及高温测量仪的软硬件结构.系统硬件设计以89C51单片机为主,配置LCD显示,整机具有功耗低,体积小,抗干扰能力强等优点.
The high temperature thermometer sensor for optical fiber blackbody cavities is developed,including the composition of the themometer sensor as well as the deviation method and hardware software for optical fiber blackbody cavity's themometer sensor.The design of hardware consists mainly of the 89C51 singlechip microcomputer and LCD.The thermometer possesses the advantages of lower energy consumotion smaller body size and high resrstance of interference.[
