摘要 探讨了用45钢代替Cr12MoV钢制作塔轮的可行性.研究了45钢稀土渗硼机理及渗层厚度、组织、硼化物形态对磨损强度和耐磨性的影响. The feasibility of replacing Cr 12 MoV steel cone pulley by RE boriding 45 carbonsteel cone pulley has been researched.The influence of boride on wearing strength and wearability has also been studied.A number of RE boriding 45 carbonsteel cone pulleys are trial produced.Its lifetime has been expanded from 2 ̄3 month to over one year. [
