网民作为E时代的大军,其政治素养的高低直接影响着我国今后的发展状况。以人民网时政频道为例,从充分发挥"议题设置"功能、丰富相关时政新闻链接、重视"意见领袖"作用等三个方面,分析了如何完善网络时政新闻报道,从而提高网民政治素养。

Netizens as the majority in E-age, their political and ideological caliber exerts direct influences on all the aspects of China＇s development. Taking the Political News Channel of the People＇s Net as an example, the paper presents from three aspects, as fully develop the function of ＂topic set up ＂, strengthen correlative link of current political news, and pay attention to the function of ＂advice leader＂, the solutions to the issue of enhancing netizens＂ ideological caliber.
