College library is as well the information centre for building harmonious campus culture as the important place to carry out campus culture activities. The paper expounds the position and function of college library on harmonious campus culture building in order to correctly guide students＇ reading, play its service function, carry on all kinds of culture activities in college library in order to promote the development of harmonious campus culture.
