移动多跳无线网络中视频传输控制

Video Transmission Control for Mobile Wireless Multi-hop Networks

摘要 为了在移动多跳无线网络中获得满意的视频服务质量,综合考虑视频信号编码与传输。提出一种基于移位的3-D SPIHT的自适应嵌入式多描述编码(MDC),根据网络状况产生多个不同码流;引入优先级机制将码源分配至不同码流中,以保证视频的传输质量,降低网络负载。仿真结果表明,该联合算法在相同实验条件下,较传统方法有明显的优势。 To get satisfied service quality for video transmission over mobile multi-hop wireless networks, the coding and transmission techniques are considered jointly. A flexible multiple description coding (MDC) method based on shifted 3-D SPIHT algorithm is proposed to generate variable substreams according to the network condition.Then, the priority mechanism for the introduction of the source code is allocated to different substreams to guarantee the quality of video transmissin and reduce the network load. Simulation results show that the joint algorithm outperforms the traditional methods in the same experimental conditions.
