摘要
测定了Ti5Si3系统气相传输SHS合成的过程参数,采用燃烧波峰淬熄法研究了气相传输助剂对燃烧产物结构形成过程的影响。发现掺加一定量的气相传输助剂可使化学反应速度提高,对应于不同气相传输助剂含量的体系存在三种不同的产物结构形成过程。
The process parameters of Ti5Sis synthesized by gas transporting SHS were measured in this paper. The influence of gas transport agents on structural formation of Ti5Si3 were studied by combustion front quenching(CFQ). It was shown that the velocity of structural formation processes were deduced in the systems with different amount of gas transport agent.
