摘要
目的探讨扁桃体切除术后儿童远期腺样体体积的变化。方法选择32例扁桃体切除术儿童为试验组,同年龄段健康儿童20例为对照组。两组分别进行鼻咽部侧位X线测量腺样体的厚度及计算腺样体/鼻咽腔比值(A/N比值);鼻声反射(Acoustic rhinometry,AR)检查测量鼻咽部容积(Nasopharyngealcavity volume,NPV)。采用SPSS11.0软件对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果试验组和对照组受试者鼻咽部侧位X线片显示均无腺样体肥大。两组受试者A/N比值分别为(0.28±0.03)、(0.27±0.02),NPV值分别为(33.28±17.08)cm3、(34.53±16.15)cm3,两组对比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论扁桃体切除术对儿童远期腺样体体积变化无显著影响。
Objective To explore the long-term influence of adenoid volume of children after tonsillectomy. Method Thirty-two children subjected to tonsillectomy in trial group were compared with twenty age-matched subjects in control group. Both groups received nasopharynx X-ray examination and acoustic rhinometry measurement. The statistical analysis was carried out on the data（including A/N ratio, AR and NPV） obtained from two groups. Result Nasopharynx volume （NPV） and A/N ratio were respectively （33.28±17.08）cm^3, （0.28±0.03） in trial group and （34.53±16.15）cm^3, （0.27±0.02） in control group. No stastistically differences were found in NPV and A/N ratio between trial and control group. Conclusion Tonsillectomy has no obvious influence on adenoid volume in children.
