对特发性脑卒中的病因诊断临床意义重大,但又极具挑战性。本文探讨经食管超声心动图检测的卵圆孔未闭及升主动脉、主动脉弓部内粥样硬化斑块与特发性脑卒中患者的关系,分析总结特发性脑卒中的原因。

Cryptogenic stroke represent a diagnostic challenge. This review is to value the association between the presence of a patent foramen ovale and protruding atheromas in the ascending aorta and aortic arch detected by transesophageal echocardiography and the cryptogenic stroke in patients, and evaluate the etiology of cryptogenic stroke.
