摘要
经理人员流动问题有微观和宏观因素。漳州地区中小企业经理人员流动现状具一定的典型意义。应根据该地区经理人员流动特征实施合理的人员规划配置及激励机制举措,以促进经济社会持续发展。
This article begins with the managers' floating, and its microcosmic and macroscopical reasons.It then takes Zhangzhou area as an example in SME research,and concludes that there are particular characters of Managers' Floating in Zhangzhou area. Last, it proposes the significance of personnel planning and motivation act, hoping to supply some advice for Chinese SME now.
