On the Training of the Ability to Learn Self-control

以往学习自我控制力的培养研究侧重在外部的要求和心理技术的层面上。外部训练与自我培养相结合的综合培养模型的提出,主要是强调理想自我在培养学习自控力的关键作用。

This article introduces viewpoint of the training ability of learning self-control, and analyses the previous study of training ability of learning self-control.The authors consider these studies tend to focus on exterior requirement and layer of mentality technology.Based on these studies,we present a training model to integrate about Combination of exterior requirement with self training.It emphasizes a key role of ideal-self in training ability of learning self-control.
