摘要
对铸造工艺设计中的铸件模数计算、补缩工艺的设计方法及浇注系统设计等几个关键问题进行讨论，并给出了相应的计算机程序。开发了具有功能全面、使用方便、适用面广等特点的铸钢件铸造工艺计算机辅助设计软件。
In this paper,severial important problems in the design of casting technology of steel,including the calculation of the modulus of a casting,the designing method on the feeder and the gating system,etc,were discussed respectively.A flexible software with versatile functions was presented,which can be used conveniently in the design of the steel casting process.
