摘要
用上升液滴法研究纯水及萃取有机溶液中柠檬酸的动力学,考察了不同有机溶液体系对反萃取速率的影响,结果表明由有机胺、油酸、醋酸丁酯组成的体系Ⅰ和体系Ⅰ基础上增添200#溶剂油组成的体系Ⅱ,其反萃取动力学经验方程式分别为:Rb=kb[H3A]0.6(0)[R3N]0.8(0)[醋酸丁酯]-0.5(0)[油酸]1.9(0)和Rb=kb[H3A]0.8(0)[R3N]1.6(0)[醋酸丁酯]2.0(0)
The kinetics of back extraction of citric acid (H 3A) in alkyl amine extract with water were studied by means of single drop method. The influence of various compositions in different extraction systems on the rate of back extraction was investigated. The results show that the rate equation of back extraction depends on the compostion of the organic system. The equation of back extraction rate for the system I, which consists of alkyl amine (R 3N),oleic acid and butyl acetates, is represented by R b=k b 0.6 (0) 0.8 (0) [butyl acetate] -0.5 (0) [oleic acid] 1.9 (0) . But the equation of back extraction rate for the system Ⅱ, in which 200 # paraffin is added, is represented by R b=k b 0.8 (0) 1.6 (0) [butyl acetate] 2.0 (0) .
