摘要
研究了锻后热处理工艺对TCl钛合金β锻造后产生的“β脆性”的组织和性能的影响,试验表明,降低TCl钛合金固溶处理后的冷却速度,可以获得满意的金相组织、高的塑性和良好的综合机械性能。
The influence of heat treatment technology to the microstrcture and properties of ‘β brittleness’ produced after β forging of TCll alloy has been studied.The experiment results show that the satisfactory photographic structure,high plastisity and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties are obtained under the conditions of reduction of cooling velocity after solution heat treatment of TCll alloy.
