摘要
蛋白膜伏安法可全面研究蛋白质的电化学行为,包括内部电子传递、界面电子传递、耦合的质子传递、酶催化动力学与直接电化学、外界物质介入的影响等。本文就其原理、方法、应用、存在的问题进行了综述,引用文献49篇。
Protein film vohammetry could roundly study the electrochemical behavior of protein, including internal electron transfer, inteffacial electron transfer, coupled proton transfer, enzyme kinetics, direct electrochemistry of enzyme and the influence by exterior substances, etc. Its principle, method, application, existing problem and prospect were summarized, and 49 references were cited.
