The Achievement We Have Scored in Innovation in Ownership and the Experiences

自1978年党的十一届三中全会以来,我国实行改革开放已经整整30年了。其中,所有制改革是重中之重,取得了举世瞩目的成就。通过所有制改革和实行市场经济,我国的所有制结构及其具体形式发生了很大的变化,形成了以公有制为主导,多种经济成分共同发展的局面。与此同时,我国GDP每年都以10%左右的速度增长,我国的经济实力大大提高,己成为世界经济大国。总结改革开放的经验,可归纳为三点,即所有制的形成及其改革要按自然规律办事,不能人为界定;要解放思想;要坚持生产力标准,凡是能够促进生产力发展的就肯定,不符合的就否定。

It has been 30 years since the start of reform and opening up and the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. Among this, we gave the top priority to innovation in ownership, and we have made great achievement. Through innovation in ownership and market economy, great changes have been made in the structure and form of ownership. And a new situation has been formed that the public ownership is dominant and different economic sectors develop side by side. At the same time, Cbina＇s economic strength has been improved greatly, and it has grown to rank as the fourth largest in the world. The author also summarizes experiences we draw on from reform and opening up.
